Originally founded in December 1991, our veteran-owned, women-owned, and family-owned company has grown from a single office to multiple locations across Sioux Falls, Brookings, Fargo, and Bismarck, employing over 500 dedicated team members. In this video you will meet the co-founders and learn about the leadership journey of Paul Millman, who took over as sole proprietor in 2015. Joining him are his daughters Abby Woodford and Emily Marsh, along with their brother-in-law, Lee Taylor, as they prepare to lead the business into its next chapter.
