Their dedication and leadership have played a crucial role in our growth and success. I am excited for our employees, clients, and patients to benefit even more from their expertise and innovative approaches.”

Crystal Adams: Vice President of Human Resources

Adams, a 14-year company veteran, began her career at Interim HealthCare as a staffing recruiter before moving into the role of Benefits Specialist. In 2015, she assumed the position of Human Resources Director, where she played a pivotal role in the significant growth of the company’s staff, which now employs over 700 field and office staff members. Adams has also been a key player in Interim HealthCare being named a South Carolina Top Workplace seven times. This recognition is particularly meaningful, as it is solely based on employee feedback and highlights Adams’ commitment to fostering a workplace where employees are engaged, motivated, and fulfilled.

In her new role as Vice President of Human Resources, Adams will continue to lead the HR team while focusing on new strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, implement comprehensive training programs, and recruit top talent. Her leadership will be instrumental as the company expands its services into new territories in the SC Lowcountry and Atlanta, Georgia, a move that promises exciting opportunities and growth. “My 14-year journey with Interim HealthCare has been immensely rewarding. I am eager to continue discovering new ways to enrich the lives of our team members, which will undoubtedly lead to even better care for our patients and clients,” said Adams.

Additionally, she currently serves as the Chair of the SC Home Care and Hospice Association Board of Directors. Prior to her role at Interim, Colovin was the Director of Care Partnerships at the Care Coordination Institute. In her current position, she has been responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight for home health, hospice, and personal care services while leading operational expansion efforts throughout South Carolina. Her areas of expertise include operational and financial management, population health management, quality improvement, and team development.

“I am excited to leverage my background in strategy and operations along with my passion for innovation and digital solutions to drive experience and share insights on the impactful work of our team in the communities we serve,” said Colovin. “At Interim, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care, and I look forward to collaborating with our leadership team to enhance the overall experience for patients, employees, payors, and referral sources. We are continually seeking new ways to improve our offerings, and I am proud to lead efforts that elevate the care we provide.”

In her new role, Colovin will develop comprehensive consumer experience strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences across the customer journey. Her responsibilities also include fostering a company-wide culture of innovation, effectively utilizing data insights with payors, and maximizing digital solutions to craft compelling patient stories that resonate with audiences.
