I am a dedicated wife and mom to our four children with the privilege of homeschooling our two youngest children. My days are filled with family activities, from spending quality time with my kids to caring for our chickens, hiking, running, biking, and enjoying CrossFit. When I’m not outdoors, you’ll often find me crocheting or experimenting with sourdough baking — two hobbies that allow me to unwind and tap into my creativity. Family time is a priority, and I cherish the moments spent with my loved ones.

Professionally, I’ve been a coach for over 15 years along with management. My true passion lies in helping people unlock their potential. I take great pride in developing others, whether it’s guiding athletes, students, or colleagues, to achieve personal growth and success. Over the years, I have honed my skills in leadership, motivation, and personal development, fostering environments where others feel supported and empowered to reach their goals.

I am deeply committed to nurturing the potential of those around me, fostering an atmosphere of growth, strength, and achievement. With a deep commitment to both my family and career, I thrive in balancing the two worlds and love seeing people grow, whether in sports or in life.
